What To Expect From Clarity II Treatment
First, to prepare for your treatment, you’ll need to avoid sun exposure for three days before your appointment and shave the areas where the procedure will be done. Do not wax or pluck the hair from the roots.
On the day of treatment, we’ll set our laser device to the proper setting based on your skin type and condition. As the laser moves over the area to be treated, you may feel a light “snapping” on your skin, but you will not feel any heat or burning, as there is a built-in skin-cooling system. The time it takes to perform the treatment depends on how much area of your skin needs to be covered.
After your treatment, avoid using tanning solutions, sun exposure, and any exposure to excessive heat, such as hot showers.

What Are the Side Effects of Clarity II Laser Treatment?

After treatment, there may be some sunburn-like redness and mild swelling. The redness can be covered lightly with makeup, and the patient can resume normal activities, with the exception mentioned above against heat and sun exposure.
