Michelle

RN, BSN

Michelle is thrilled to be part of the Renew Aesthetics team. Originally from Minneapolis/St. Paul, she’s called Portland, Oregon, home for the past 16 years. With a background in nursing, Michelle brings a wealth of experience to her role here. She has worked in aesthetics and currently balances her time between Renew and her position in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Michelle’s passion for skincare and aesthetic medicine has been a driving force throughout her career. She firmly believes in empowering patients through education and personalized care. “It’s incredibly rewarding to connect with individuals and help them feel confident in their skin.”

Outside of work, Michelle leads an active lifestyle. She enjoys traveling, writing (including being a published author of a children’s book), and hitting the tennis courts in her spare time. At home, Michelle lives with her husband, Dan, and two furry companions, Vicki and Emma. Michelle looks forward to continuing this journey with Renew Aesthetic & Laser Clinic and positively impacting our clients’ lives!

Lisa

Certified Advanced Aesthetician

Lisa is an exceptionally experienced advanced licensed esthetician with many decades of experiences of practice in aesthetic clinical practices. Her knowledge in skin care, laser technology and applications, as well as patient services make Lisa an outstanding member of Renew’s team.

Sara Hartmann

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Sara began her career in healthcare in 2006 and found her true passion in aesthetics and dermatology in 2014. Her experience spans patient care coordination, scheduling, and practice operations, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the patient experience and what it takes to keep a practice running smoothly.

She loves the unique combination of medicine and beauty and the way aesthetic care can help people feel refreshed and more at ease in their own skin. Building long-term relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable, cared for, and heard is one of the most rewarding parts of her role. She especially appreciates subtle, natural-looking transformations and the impact they can have on how someone feels.

Outside of Renew, she enjoys Pilates, golfing, paddle boarding, discovering new restaurants and unique dining experiences, and spending quality time with friends and family. She feels most recharged among the trees or by the ocean. She is also a proud dog mom to the sweetest senior pup, who inspired another passion of hers: providing loving animal care, with a special place in her heart for senior pets.
