This October, Yan Duan, APRN, founder and medical director of Renew Aesthetic Clinic, was honored at the Women in Aesthetics Leadership Conference in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, as one of AmSpa’s 2025 Distinguished Women in Medical Aesthetics. The award recognizes women who exemplify leadership, innovation, and mentorship in the aesthetics industry. Yan’s dedication to compassionate care, clinical excellence, and empowering others in their confidence journey made her a standout among this year’s honorees.
Yan traveled to California for the event and joined an inspiring group of medical professionals who are shaping the future of aesthetics through their expertise and advocacy.
